Delivered by JENNi

Shoppers pick a product, not a store. Here's how JENNi, a local delivery service built on one shared SKU Graph, handles the order and stands behind it.

You want a specific thing. A phone charger, a board game, a bag of dog food. You don't want to open six tabs, compare six stores and wonder which one actually has it on the shelf today.

That's the idea behind JENNi, a local delivery service built around the product instead of the store. You pick the product. We find the shelf, handle the order and stand behind it. Every offer reads the same way: Delivered by JENNi.

Why you shouldn't have to compare stores

Shopping used to mean choosing a place first. Which store, which site, which app. Then you hoped they had what you came for.

But most people don't care which shelf an item comes from. They care about the item, the price, and when it shows up. The store is a detail, and it's one we can handle for you.

So on shop.jennipro.com, you won't see a list of store names to choose between. You'll see the product you searched for and a clear way to get it.

Think about how much effort that saves. Comparing stores means checking prices, checking stock, checking delivery fees and guessing at how reliable each seller is. Multiply that by every item on your list and shopping becomes a chore.

Our job is to do that comparison work in the background, so the answer you see is already settled.

One product, one price, one buy button

Behind every product on JENNi is one shared record, anchored on its barcode. That record connects to the stores that carry the item, along with the price, whether it's in stock, and when we last saw it.

For you, that turns into something simple:

    • One product page for the thing you want.
    • One price, with the delivery fee and total shown before you pay.
    • One buy button.

If a store near you has the item, local delivery can be offered. If not, it ships to your door. Either way you see the option, the date and the total before you pay. Tax is added at checkout.

What happens after you tap buy

This part is ours to carry, so you don't have to.

On these orders, JENNi is the seller. We buy the item from the store on your behalf, then get it to you. You're not placing an order with a store you've never heard of, and you're not left guessing who to ask.

    In plain steps:

    1. You approve the total and pay on the checkout page.
    2. We buy the item from a store that has it.
    3. The order moves from placed to processing to out for delivery to delivered.
    4. You can follow it from your JENNi order page.

Delivered orders and failed orders both feed back into our SKU Graph. When something doesn't go to plan, we learn from it, and the next shopper gets a better answer.

That loop matters. A shelf that looked stocked and wasn't teaches us something. A delivery that went smoothly teaches us something too. Every order makes the next answer a little more honest about what's really out there.

Who to talk to if something goes wrong

    Us. That's the whole answer.

Because JENNi is the seller, issues come to us. You don't have to work out whether the problem belongs to the store, the courier or someone in between. If the order needs attention, the status on your order page says so, and we're the ones who pick it up.

We think that's what "Delivered by JENNi" should mean. It isn't a slogan on a box. It's a promise that one company owns the experience from search to doorstep.

Why we built it this way

Inventory already sits on physical shelves all over the country. Most of it is invisible to someone shopping on a phone, or to an AI agent trying to help them. JENNi exists to make that inventory usable, and to take care of the order, the delivery and the money once someone wants it.

Putting our name on the delivery is how we keep that honest. If we're the ones who say "Delivered by JENNi", we're the ones who have to deliver.
